AR803X is the world's first 150MHz to 7GHz full-band wireless communication SoC based on the RISC-V architecture. The single chip integrates the baseband, RF and the upper-layer communication protocol stack. It utilizes Alibaba's Xuantie E907 RISC-V CPU IP, which operates at a 400MHz main frequency, meeting the demand for developing small, fast, and low-power consumption communication chips.
