Edge SoC

AR9481

The AR9481 integrates Artosyn's self-developed third-generation ISP and fourth-generation NPU. It is capable of outputting high-quality video at 4K@60fps, 6K@30fps, or 8K@15fps, and offers a computing power equivalent to 8 TOPS INT8. As a high-performance heterogeneous processing platform, the chip also incorporates a 4-core 64-bit CPU, a RISC-V MCU, a dedicated machine vision processor, and other components. It is suitable for applications such as robot vacuum cleaners and AR/VR devices.

ARS45

The ARS45 integrates Artosyn's self-developed third-generation ISP and fourth-generation NPU. It is capable of outputting 4K@30fps video and offers a computing power equivalent to 6 TOPS INT8. The ARS45 is a same-die product as the AR9481, but utilizes a smaller package size of 8x10mm. This design meets users' demands for low-power and high-efficiency development for their applications. It is suitable for areas such as AR/VR devices.

AR9341

The AR9341 integrates powerful computing capacity, including a quad-core A53 CPU, an XM6 DSP, and a 4 TOPS INT8 NPU. It also incorporates a security-grade image processor with ISP processing capability of 9MP@60fps and H.264/265 encoding. The AR9341 has passed the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive certification, allowing it to handle applications such as ADAS , AVM, and in-cabin DMS / OMS. It is suitable for applications including high-end smart IPC (Internet Protocol Cameras), vehicular assisted driving, edge computing boxes, and intelligent robots.

ARS31

The ARS31 integrates Artosyn's self-developed second-generation ISP and third-generation NPU. It is capable of outputting 5-megapixel (5M) video and offers a computing power of 2 TOPS.

ARS31L

The ARS31L integrates Artosyn's self-developed second-generation ISP and third-generation NPU. It is capable of outputting 5-megapixel (5M) video and offers a computing power of 1.5 TOPS. By utilizing built-in DDR3L, it achieves a smaller overall size compared to the ARS31, measuring only 9x9mm.
